El principal objetivo de la investigaci\u00f3n consisti\u00f3 en la elaboraci\u00f3n de una metodolog\u00eda para la estimaci\u00f3n del riesgo multi amenaza de los Centros Educativos Rurales (CERs) de las 9 subregiones del departamento de Antioquia a trav\u00e9s de la construcci\u00f3n de \u00edndices compuestos y procesos de an\u00e1lisis jer\u00e1rquico.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">Para recopilar la informaci\u00f3n in situ se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un formulario, calibrado en el municipio de Jeric\u00f3 mediante la inspecci\u00f3n de 19 CERs. Este trabajo inicial permiti\u00f3 realizar ajustes al formulario y desarrollar un aplicativo m\u00f3vil digital, a trav\u00e9s del cual se recopil\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n de otros CER de manera \u00e1gil y eficiente, almacenando autom\u00e1ticamente toda la informaci\u00f3n en la nube. Esto facilit\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de una base de datos de 247 CER, identificando tipolog\u00edas constructivas, estado de la infraestructura, condiciones geol\u00f3gicas y el nivel de preparaci\u00f3n de profesores y estudiantes.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;\">Con esta base de datos se seleccionaron 100 casos de estudio distribuidos en todas las subregiones y con la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para implementar la metodolog\u00eda. Se desarrollaron \u00edndices compuestos de amenaza, fragilidad, vulnerabilidad socioecon\u00f3mica, exposici\u00f3n y resiliencia, que permitieron estimar el riesgo multi amenaza. Como resultados, se identificaron 19 escuelas en riesgo s\u00edsmico alto, 29 en riesgo alto por movimientos en masa y erosi\u00f3n, 20 ante inundaciones y 18 por vendavales. En cuanto al riesgo multi amenaza, 28 escuelas se encuentran en riesgo alto y 60 en riesgo intermedio, siendo Urab\u00e1, Occidente y Suroeste las regiones m\u00e1s cr\u00edticas.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 1rem;\">Se generaron fichas t\u00e9cnicas para cada uno de los 100 CERs, incluyendo hallazgos, evaluaci\u00f3n del riesgo y recomendaciones. Tambi\u00e9n se dise\u00f1aron estrategias de mitigaci\u00f3n con bioingenier\u00eda y reforzamiento estructural con materiales no convencionales. Finalmente, se implement\u00f3 una prueba piloto en el CER Urbano Ruiz sede Emiro Kastos (Amag\u00e1), con estrategias de reducci\u00f3n del riesgo y participaci\u00f3n de actores sociales.
